Refund policy
Damaged Items
I package each item with care to ensure they are well supported for the trip to their new home. However, I understand things can go wrong along the way. If your item is broken in transit, you have 24 hours from your tracking number delivered status to notify me via email at hello@pebblepottery.co.nz , please ensure you include photos of the damaged item and all it's original packaging.
Caring for your Items
Pebble Pottery items are precious and require good care.
Handwashing is recommended.
Avoiding thermal shock (going from cold temperatures to hot temperatures quickly)
Once you have received your item it's up to you to take care of it and follow the care guidelines. As I have no way of knowing how the ceramic was cared for or if the guidelines were followed, my returns policy only extends to items that are broken in transit (as per above)
Perfectly Imperfect
Each Pebble Pottery piece is handmade therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. You may notice slight imperfections, such as variations in shape, glaze, texture, or colour. These are unique characteristics so please keep in mind that returns will not be accepted for these characteristics.
Incorrect Item received
I take great care when packaging orders, although I wish I had superpowers I am only a human therefore I do sometimes make mistakes. If you do receive the wrong item please email me within 24 hours of your tracking number delivered status at hello@pebblepottery.co.nz and I'll get the correct one you asap or refund you if it is not available. You will be required to return the incorrect item and I will cover the shipping cost of this.
Returns
I will notify you via email once I have received and inspected your item and packaging photos. If approved, you will be notified via email and automatically refunded. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges can not be offered for change of mind, sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully.
Thank you for your understanding.
